Either re-use the packaging it was sent to you in or make sure it is well packaged as it is your responsibility to make sure it reaches us in the same condition it was sent out in.
Any sealed items must have the unopened shrink-wrapping intact. Once received, we will refund you in full as long as the item is the same condition as it was sent out. We reserve the right to deduct the loss of value to any damaged item from your refund. In the unlikely event that any product you purchase is faulty we will either offer a replacement item if available or issue a full refund once the item has been returned.
