I am running Adrenalin It is running ok. Windows 10 Pro 20H2 build the very latest seems to be causing problems for some people running Adrenalin drivers. So you may want to go back to Windows 10 version if you can. Download your Driver from ATI. I assume you are double checking this but make sure it's for Win7 32 not x64 and not for Vista.
